Gavin can bleed tattoo ink off of his skin and make it sentient
He can store items on his body in the form of tattoos
He can control his sentient constructs with his mind
Gavin can fly with the aid of tattooed wings on his back
Gavin can reabsorb tattoo ink into his skin after it has left his skin. Simply by willing it back
Power Weakness:
Gavin has to have space to make new tattoos.
The longer his tattoo creations are sentient the dumber they will become until eventually they become mindless shells simply milling about confused
Gavin can only actively control 3 tattoo constructs at a time if they are living breathing creatures.
Gavin's left calf is burned. The skin is damaged and will not take ink. The ink it does take only creatues horrible mutations of whatever he is trying to manifest. For example if he wants to make a man... The man might come out with 2 faces, or 4 arms or something bizzare and unpredictable even to him.
